Impact of Corporate Governance on Export Position of Large Business Houses

A firm’s size of operations can be well judged from its expanding global contracts and global standings. After introduction of LPG policies in India, Indian firms are also marking their presence across globe. Corporate governance practices being followed in these firms is playing a vital role in such kind of business expansions. This study attempts to verify the export position of large business houses in India on one hand and try to reveal the impact of corporate governance practices on it on the other hand.
